Shipping processing:

Our products are usually shipped Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays

. Upon placing an order it will take 5-10 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct during your checkout. If a changed need to be made contact us via email Within 24 hours of placing your orders. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Return policy

After received the items and inspecting the conditions of the items we will process your return. Please allow 5- 10 days business days to be process.

. Item must be returned unopened, unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoked deodorant, make -up damage free for exchange.

. We only can do exchange NO REFUND unless it is our fault your items was damaged or not deliver to you at expected time.
